What should we wear for our Santa experience?
To create timeless and classic photographs, we recommend the entire family to dress in classic Christmas pajamas. Target and Amazon have great selections, especially if you are looking for matching family pajamas.
Can we have more than one family in the session?
The Santa Experience is designed to progress in a certain order, capturing memories of your family along the way. When there are multiple families it takes more time to capture those memories. In those cases, you are required to book two back to back sessions so that it will schedule you for a longer time. This will insure that each family has enough time for their own pictures, as well as group photographs.Each session is geared towards enough time for four (4) children.
If you are booking the Storybook Session for more than four children, please contact the studio at (541) 863-7869 to book a double session at the cousins added discount.
We consider pets as part of the family, so feel free to bring them with you. All pets are required to be on a leash or in a carrier until they arrive. We recommend bringing a favorite toy and some treats. Please let us know beforehand that you will be bringing a pet family member.

What can I do if my child is afraid of Santa?
One of the benefits of having a private session is that there is usually time for hesitant children to warm up to Santa. Santa and the photographers have several techniques to help children feel at ease. If you are worried that your child might be uncomfortable, please let us know in your pre-session questionnaire so we adjust our mannerisms to the needs of your child. For example, a quiet greeting versus a loud, excited "ho-ho-ho".
What does my session fee cover?
The session fee covers Santa's fee, the time in the studio and the products included for that type of session.
Can we take our own pictures or video?
Sorry, we do not allow any photography during your session. The photographer will alert you when it is a good time to capture a few moments of video or behind the scenes images. Please tag the studio if you post them on your social feeds.
